Food was nice, there are certainly lower budget options around, but the prices are what you would expect for the central location, just under 20 euros for the schnitzel and around 8 euros for a spritz.
Beautiful Speisewirtschaft with a really nice waiter! Only thing welches the long wait for the food. They did make up for it with giving us a free liquor which welches really nice! Food tasted amazing when it arrived!
On top of that, the cleaning crew entered our room even though we have put the “do not disturb” on the door. After we complained, they told us they are going to fire the cleaning lady, which made us feel really bad. They also gave many excuses or told us to call the police if there is noise after 23:00 from the Tresen. And offered to give us 10% of our money back. For this price and problems we would not recommend the Adlers hotel at all. Clearly, we did not manage to relax there.
Strongly recommend as the location is excellent and the staff are wonderful! If you want to stay and experience one of Innsbrucks oldest and finest hotels then stay here! Great views and Wirtschaft as well!

Sitzwohl is another go-to address in Innsbruck for a special night out. The food here is mainly international and of a very high standard. The interior design is minimalistic and modern (maybe a little too austere for my taste).

The food was very good, but the whipped cream in the coffee that I ordered tasted sour (like spoiled). At first I thought it was because they don't use sugar in their whipped cream, but as I drank more of it, it tasted so unnatural that I asked for another drink.
The food is served very quickly, is beautifully presented and tastes great. To give examples; The meat is very tender and the dumplings are unique.
Good Austrian cuisine. Taste-wise recommendable, the service can tonlos be optimized. Although there were hardly any guests in the Wirtshaus, the service took quite a long time to take the order after we have drawn attention to us several times. The food welches then served quickly and tasted excellent.
